This is a series of sessions with a steering committee comprised of eight company leaders selected by the President/CEO. The steering committee will learn eight specific components to design Customer Focus into the culture.

The purpose of this session is to increase the value that you bring to your supply chain by sponsoring a Customer Focus session for your customers, suppliers and distributors.
